  Purpose
   
Drying for Powder, Fine Granule , Long Granule, Pellet , Powder, Pill.

Pharmaceutical, Food, Dye Materials, Pigment, Sea Food Products, Garlic, Pesticide, Agricultural Products and Fruits.
   
  Theory
   
1. The drying objects either powder or granules are placed on the drying trays which are made of special screens or punch hole plates and covered around by filter clothes.
   
2. The drying trays are placed in a special designed trolley which has several layers perfectly matched with the drying chamber.
   
3. The air suction is drawn by the exhaust blower which is located beside the drying chamber, the drying function is carried out by suction of air through the filter and heater. The hot air will then pass though the drying objects from top to bottom and takes away the moisture from each tray.

1. High efficiency: The hot air quickly removes the moisture from drying object to maintain the product quality.
   
2. Short drying time: The drying rate is 2~4times faster than the conventional dryer.
   
3. Constant drying: No need to change positon of the drying object during the process.
   
4. Temperature uniformity : The temperature in each tray is controlled with in ¡Ó5¢J(Loading 50~80¢J)
   
5. No color difference.
   
6. The movable trolley can move up and down and easy cleaning.
