 Thory
  
Within the corn-shaped vessel, the main impeller mixes the powder into vortex and forms agglomerates with the binder solution. Then the high speed chopper breaks the agglomerate into even granules by a high speed rolling action.
  
 Feature
  
1. Even mixing: Even big difference of bulk density of powder can be mixed easily.
  
2. Big output capacity : Many batches complete in one hour.
  
3. a. Well contained; b. Easy cleaning.
  
4. Unique air seal system design: A filtered compressed air is introduced into the air seal system. It prevents the powder to fall into shaft and chopper, which may cause black spot and contaminate the product.
  
5. Pneumatic discharge: Full contained cylinder & easy for operation and cleaning.
  
6. Small clearance between impeller and bowl bottom: The clearance between impeller and bottom only about 0.3 ~ 0.5mm, therefore, a well mixing can be achieved and less reaminder.
